CVA products boldly match the quality
of OEM products. How do we do this?
First of all, our spare parts for construction machinery are created on the basis of technical documentation that we prepare, very precisely following the original or OEM parts.
Secondly, we only work with personally verified factories. We conduct audits, research and make sure that a given partner is trustworthy. We only allow production that uses durable and resistant materials, such as polyamide.
Of course, this is not the end. Our products undergo laboratory quality control, during which we test them using certified measuring devices, such as a hardness tester, 3D scanner, spectrometer or micrometer. We attach a printout from the testing device to the parts tested on test benches, confirming compliance with quality standards. We also work with authorized external services – thanks to them we are able to check how our components behave in real work.
